Memoirs” is part of a physical manifestation of my thought processes, my experiences, and emotions, tied to the theme for the exhibition in which it was created for.

It’s easy to say that the words, and works, of art and design can be used interchangeably. While they posses some similarities, they are two very different concepts in the fact they serve two completely different purposes. How do they differ?

I created this piece as a call to action. Just as King Jr. was advocate for non violent protest - this is mine. A protest to the American people to vote. A protest to the American people to rally up in non violent acts to create waves of momentum to change the political structure. A protest to end poverty. A protest to end discrimination of gender, race, and religious views. A protest to end corruption. And a protest to disenfranchise anything that devalues us & our self worth.
