Redbird Realty is an up and coming real estate brokerage that models a 100% commission split to its Realtors® and one of my first major clients within the design industry.
I was given the task to create marketing materials for their Realtors®, manage their collateral, and create a brand consistency both off and on-line. While I did not create their logo or their first business card, those were the basis for which I continued to build their brand and give them a seamless professional appearance in their industry.

I designed a complimentary card in a vertical format where Realtors® could add their professional headshot and added missing email information.
Comparative Market Analysis
The Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is used in the industry to help both home buyers and sellers understand their home’s market value based on varying conditions. InDesign was used for this layout, in which each on boarding Realtor® received their own customized version they could reprint and reuse per client.
